Abstract

Summary
Variability economic and socio-political situation in Poland makes
the functioning of the business is always associated with the risk
of uncertainty,moreover varying intensity. This uncertainty relates
to various aspects of management, among which are issues of key
importance. One such issue is liquidity, without which the business
of an enterprise is not practically possible, regardless of its type
and size. It is clear, therefore, that the fundamental issue is indeed
eff ective, the constant search for sources of short-term fi nancial
power, often to external. This possibility creates factoring provided,
however, that the use of this source of money will be preceded by
a thorough analysis of the utilization of these opportunities.
