Summary
The economic situation and the developmental micro potential, of
small and medium enterprises in the deciding way influences both
to the rate of growth of the total economy, as well as individual regions.
On the other hand, it is also a situation in regions, dynamics 

of changes of factors describing the economy of the given region
more and more strongly influence activity of business entities. From
it the account in the article was also concentrated attention on indicating
regional conditioning of the development of enterprises.
Because they have peculiar character. Enterprises are dependent on
them, but also on a lot can be received from this conditioning. And
so regional conditioning is grouping factors, of which proper combination
of perhaps deciding to contribute to the forming of prospects
of the development of enterprises, as well as raising the level of their
competitiveness.
