Summary
In 2006 a possibility of developing the sugar which wasn’t produced in frames was
implemented of amounts. It is possible to process it into some types of products. He
was supposed to be it is a step stabilizing the market and improving the competitiveness
of the sugar sector. However supporters of the root and branch reform of the
quota system show that applicable rules still are too little elastic and possibilities of
increasing the productivity are limiting planters and producers, what are hindering
the market development by.
